Rates & General Information
I. Description of the Video Conference Room

Our facilities are located at Road #1, Km 29.3, Río Cañas, Caguas
-
The Video Conference Room is 18’x 32’ with a capacity for up to 8 participants. Our connection for video conference is IP.

Your video conference can be local or anywhere in the World.
-
Technical support is available before and during the video conference.

III. Basic Rates

Normal hours Monday through Friday

8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time

Cost per hour or fraction for local transmission $250.00

Additional hour or fraction $175.00

No charge will be billed to the credit card until the video conference is confirmed by the client. If another rental should arise for the same date and time slot and the first video conference has not yet been confirmed, Audio Visual Concepts will call the customer for confirmation. If confirmation cannot be obtained, Audio Visual Concepts reserves the right to offer the Video Conference Room to the other customer.

The Video Conference Room shall be available ½ hour before the video conference at no additional cost.
IV. Booking Conditions

Minimum room hire period is one (1) hour.

AVC will not be responsible for any problem caused by a lack of operator knowledge at the private site.

AVC will not be responsible for any delays, postponements or cancellation of any video conference due to unforeseen circumstances, including equipment failure and line faults in telecom carrier network.

Complaints or fault reporting must be made within 24 hours of the meeting or else full charges will apply.
